DesignFlow is helping to protect environmentally sensitive wetlands at the Aura development on the Sunshine Coast. Aura is built around Bells Creek—a RAMSAR listed watercourse that flows into the pumicestone Passage.

We developed and are now delivering WSUD features that protect these sensitive receiving waters. Combined wetland and bioretention systems that minimize land take apply stormwater treatment objectives that exceed Queensland Government requirements. These designs also harvest stormwater to irrigate sports fields and open space areas.
