  • Client: City of Charles Sturt, SA
  • Year: 2012 – 2014
  • Collaborators: WGA, Australian Groundwater Technologies

This major stormwater harvesting scheme for the waterproofing the West project in Adelaide harvests water from local catchments as well as pumped flows from the River Torrens.

The scheme transformed areas of Old Port Road and Cooke Reserve into an attractive functioning wetland and rain garden system that harvests water for aquifer injection and reuse.
